Safety and support

Some answers describe patterns that are not ordinary differences to be averaged away. When they appear, the journey stops and no compatibility framing is shown.

If you are in immediate danger

This platform is not an emergency service and cannot contact anyone on your behalf. Contact your local emergency number, and reach out to a domestic-violence helpline, a trusted physician, a safeguarding officer, or a qualified counsellor in your area.

What ends a journey

  • Current patterns of physical or sexual violence, threats, or intimidation
  • Coercive control, stalking, or punishing another person for setting boundaries
  • Deliberate isolation from friends, family, mentors, or support systems
  • Material deception about finances, dependants, or commitments
  • Unmanaged destructive compulsions accompanied by denial
  • Persistent blame-shifting instead of responsibility

A safety stop is never displayed as low compatibility, and it is never presented as a score to improve.

Your control over your data

  • You can exit a journey at any time, privately, with no reason required.
  • You can delete your journey and its responses from your dashboard.
  • Neither participant can read the other's individual answers at any point.
  • A failed journey enters a 90-day cooling period. Retaking is not answer shopping: growth requires time and evidence, not an immediate retry.

A note on interpretation
